First visit today after having a terrible experience somewhere else. I was referred by my Mother who has never had anything bad herself to say about them. I came to the office, somewhat skeptical that it couldn't hardly live up to its billing on Google, which indicated that of the 650+ patients who took the time to leave a review, every single one of them gave the practice five stars. I can't think of anything that 650 people would unanimously agree on. If you asked 650 people, "On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, how much do you like ice cream, puppies, and the smell of a freshly cut lawn?", I doubt even 500 of them would say five stars. You know there would be at least 100 or more contrarians who would say, "Ice cream is gooey, puppies are needy, and cut grass has to be swept up, no matter what it smells like!" So based on the Google reviews, people are more fond of a trip to the dentist' office than they are of ice cream, puppies, and then scent of freshly cut grass.... Well, they are, that is, when that dentist's office is Dr. Vani Patibandla and her delightful and charming staff. So, you can imagine my being suspicious that they doctor either"had a friend at Google" who stacked the comments with nothing but five -star reviews, or that every one of the 650+ reviewers were relatives of the staff. As such, I was ready to shatter this illusion from the second I walked in the door to the tastefully appointed waiting room, where I was greeted by Brandi, the exceedingly pleasant and welcoming office manager. Brandi gave me several pages of new patients forms -- aha! No one mentioned there would be a written exam! -- who told me that I only had to fill out a small portion of the forms. Rats...I thought I had them. Well, needless to say, things continued from the waiting room to the exam room to meeting the doctor and her assistant, to them telling me everything that was going one, treating me with dignity, kindness, warmth, and laughing at my lame jokes and making sure at all times I was comfortable.. as one can be when people keep stuffing things in your mouth. Yeah, I gave the office and the doctor 5 stars. But I wasn't happy about it. But, what can you do? When confronted with bright, gentle, talented professionals who do everything they can to accommodate your wishes and do so in a way that never compromises the overriding principle that they adhere to: an unwavering commitment to providing the best possible dentistry, in a safe and comfortable environment, while graciously treating their clientele with dignity and respect. And what's really amazing, I'm almost positive they aren't robots. 😐

Come for the cleaning stay for the good vibes! The entire staff is lovely! I've never left a dentist office feeling like I just hung out with a bunch of friends until I came here. Their equipment is the best I've ever seen.. Like ..they have a little gadget that screens your mouth for cancer cells! Within minutes they took my x-rays and then pulled them up on the screen that hung above my head as I laid comfortably in the chair... They *spoil* their patients. Anything they put in, or near my mouth came out of a clean package right in front of me... This place is ontop of things. The people are so personable, and the communication is stellar-- they were always up front and telling me what they were doing as they were doing it. If you get anxious, just ask about Durk the Frenchie - he's a good boy 🙃. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will return!

After a car accident more than 35 years ago, I gave up hopes of ever having a beautiful smile. Recently, the dental work that had been done more than 30 years ago began falling apart. Knowing the limitations of restorative work, my expectations were minimal yet still hopeful. Yesterday, I was to have my restoration crowns placed, finishing the long process of restoration. However, after seeing the final results which were VERY nice and the result of much hard work and patience, Dr P said they could do better and with my permission we waited. Yes, I was disappointed. However after working with the crowns for several minutes. Dr. P said this is what they can and should look like! It was an amazing transformation! More than I could have ever hoped. Most doctors will take your money and say good enough. She and her staff take the time and have the patience to really do the best work possible. There is no amount of praise that can thank people who care enough to see a patient be the best that they can be. Would highly recommend this office time and time again.
