I came to the office, somewhat skeptical that it couldn't hardly live up to its billing on Google, which indicated that of the 650+ patients who took the time to leave a review, every single one of them gave the practice five stars. I can't think of anything that 650 people would unanimously agree on. If you asked 650 people, "On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, how much do you like ice cream, puppies, and the smell of a freshly cut lawn?", I doubt even 500 of them would say five stars. You know there would be at least 100 or more contrarians who would say, "Ice cream is gooey, puppies are needy, and cut grass has to be swept up, no matter what it smells like!" So based on the Google reviews, people are more fond of a trip to the dentist' office than they are of ice cream, puppies, and then scent of freshly cut grass.... Well, they are, that is, when that dentist's office is Dr. Vani Patibandla and her delightful and charming staff. So, you can imagine my being suspicious that they doctor either"had a friend at Google" who stacked the comments with nothing but five -star reviews, or that every one of the 650+ reviewers were relatives of the staff. As such, I was ready to shatter this illusion from the second I walked in the door to the tastefully appointed waiting room, where I was greeted by Brandi, the exceedingly pleasant and welcoming office manager. Brandi gave me several pages of new patients forms -- aha! No one mentioned there would be a written exam! -- who told me that I only had to fill out a small portion of the forms. Rats...I thought I had them. Well, needless to say, things continued from the waiting room to the exam room to meeting the doctor and her assistant, to them telling me everything that was going one, treating me with dignity, kindness, warmth, and laughing at my lame jokes and making sure at all times I was comfortable.. as one can be when people keep stuffing things in your mouth. Yeah, I gave the office and the doctor 5 stars. But I wasn't happy about it. But, what can you do? When confronted with bright, gentle, talented professionals who do everything they can to accommodate your wishes and do so in a way that never compromises the overriding principle that they adhere to: an unwavering commitment to providing the best possible dentistry, in a safe and comfortable environment, while graciously treating their clientele with dignity and respect. And what's really amazing, I'm almost positive they aren't robots. 😐

I was at Pathandle's Dental office to " Restore my smile" I've been going to Vani for some 10yrs. My family too. I'm 63yrs old and didn't take care of my teeth. Vani's Dental team really help me turn my dental woos around. My gums and remaining teeth are healthier than they've been in years. After considering many options ( and patients on the team's side ) on how to restore my smile. We decided on having a Partial made. From the kind welcome to the level of professionalism and knowledge of dentistry is "Top Knotch". I never felt uneasy, uptight, or afraid--not even with the 1st. visit which needed special attention and later on an extraction. And today's visit with a cleaning.
